Can drinking a lot of water and exercising help to loose blood sugar level ?

Exercise lowers blood-sugar levels in a healthy way. Water, in most cases, is also healthy. When blood glucose (or blood sugar, if you prefer) levels become extremely high, the body gets rid of the excess sugar through keytones, which cause abnormal thirst and urination. Trying figure out a diet and exercise plan for the summer. i will choose best answer?

I am doing marching band for my 3rd year and I remember my 1st two years i was always tired and feeling bad because we practice for a long time and its in the summer so its also hot. I did recently stop drinking soda and now i drink the fruit juices that you would get at food lion. i am still in high school so im living at home and mostly just eat what ever is for supper and during the day ill heat up something from the frig. i know i need a better eating plan. for snacks during the day what should i get? would the quaker oatmeal bars be good? or im not shure but please help ^_^ i really need it.

He definitely likes you. The thing that most girls really don't get is that it means something totally different to men. I am just being honest with you. To a guy, that means he finds you attractive physically. He may well have other feelings but you won't know that unless you just flat out ask him a direct question. Women play games and think men understand them and get upset when we don't. Our minds are not interested in social kinds of games that women play. We see women as primarily physically attractive first. The other relationship things that girls care about only comes later after they know them for a while. Don't expect men to be different than they are are. It doesn't mean that we are bad. I don't think most of us can help it. I know I would appreciate a woman that actually stated things directly rather than the games they play and thinking we play by the same rules. .
