Is it possible I'm still a late bloomer?

My brother was an EARLY bloomer. He hit about 6'1 and got all his body hair by the time he was about 15. Then he just stopped growing. My dad too, he is also hairy but he said he started growing hair at 12!! but he's only 5'8. I'm turning 19 in Aug. and I'm slightly under 5'9. Also my bro had SEVERE acne when he was a young teenager but it went away right around 16, when he stopped growing. I still have bad acne (AARRGGH!) and I'm just starting to grow hair on some places like my naval (started growing hair there like 6 months ago) and I don't have that much armpit hair, even though both my dad and bro are REALLY hairy. Am I a late bloomer? Am I still getting acne b/c I haven't stopped growing yet? Will I get taller? My brother is 22 btw.
