Do you still get part of your enlistment bonus for completing nuclear enlisted power school?

Does getting accepted into an officer program such as the United States Naval Academy waive your right to part of your signing bonus for completing power school? We are supposed to get 1/3 of our bonus, but I keep getting told opposite stories that one would get the bonus and not get the bonus.
