U.S. Naval Aviator vs. U.S. Navy SEAL Officer?

I'm not sure what you mean by "Navy Traditions" but generally speaking the aviators are going to have more, because SEALs have virtually none-- they often don't even wear uniforms or operate as a part of the Navy proper-- they are owned by Special Operations Command and are employed at the discretion of SOCOM not the Navy.
