If you think U-Haul at $835 is expensive, there is no need to look for companies that offer wrapping and moving services, these will only cost much more as there is labor involved on top of use of truck & mileage. The bottom line is moving across the country will cost you, there is no way around it except to find someone to pay for the expenses instead of out of your own pocket. Sometimes it is better to sell your stuff locally before you move, at least you can recover some money which you can use to buy new (or used) stuff again later, yet you can save in transporting.
