Will this make me loose weight or gain weight?
Hey there, I'm fifteen & I think you're doing a great good, but exercises would be better. Do like 10 sit ups everynight, building it higher each week. Playing some sport would help aswell. What you are doing is you are eating healthy, but then not taking that off. If you sit on the computer, it's gaining weight. So you are taking it off & gaining it again. I suggest maybe even doing a little run, doing star jumps, increasing every night. Weigh yourself every morning before you eat, as you get your current weight. Keep a record of your weigh & then you can see how much you are dropping off! Jump on the Internet & look up some exercises, don't give in, push yourself, I know it's hard, buy you will end up looking great! I do circuits at school, that's exercises & stuff, eating healthy etc.. I really hope I helped. Being a teenager is a rough stage sometimes. I hope your gain confidence & lose the weight!
