WHAT IS THIS SONG...?!?

I remember hearing it while watching a video on how to style scene kids hair (i was rly bored lol xD ) and i remember it starts off bout someone waking up and getting ready then the chorus is like "Its. time. for. you. to. ROCK" and for SOME REASON the thing that made me think of it was the name iggy pop. and i think its because the band name that sings that song is similar maybe? idk this is killing me tho >.<
